The Verginas Residential Complex is located at VERGINAS ST. 37–39, Agios Dimitrios Municipality, Attica, on a 400 m² site. This project is being developed under a joint investment and construction partnership, where the landowner provides the property and our company handles the full construction process. The building consists of 7 levels—one basement, a ground floor and five upper floors—offering a total of 8 residential units. The top two floors feature exclusive single units, while the three mid‑levels include two units per floor. All apartments are equipped with private parking spaces and dedicated storage rooms. With a reinforced concrete structure, premium‑grade materials, and a refined minimalist architectural design, the project is planned for a 24‑month execution period and is currently under construction.
