The Aegina Tourist Complex is a hospitality development located on Aegina Island, close to Athens. Our company is responsible for the construction and execution of the project, acting solely as the contractor without investment partnership. Built on a 400 m² site, the project includes a single‑floor layout with four independent units. Each unit features its own private swimming pool, creating a comfortable and exclusive experience for visitors. The structure is built using the Light Steel Frame (LSF) system, allowing fast construction, high structural performance, and precise execution. The project follows a modern design approach with efficient space planning and premium construction materials, and it is currently nearing completion with an estimated construction period of six months.
